Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout.
Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (where available)
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.
